SB 974 was heard by the Senate Committee on Revenue & Taxation on May 12, 2010.  Craig Johnson, CAEZ President, provided testimony to the Committee Chair and Members.  Click here to view his testimony.

SB 974 passed through the Committee with minor amendments.  CAEZ will continue to oppose the provisions in this bill that would eliminate the TEA and impose unrealistic time limitations for Retrovouchering.
